1.Shopping guide
(1)Your account
At INFULL you can shop as a guest or registered customer.
Signing up is easy and your details will be saved in your account for future purchases.
If you shop as a guest, you will find your details and the details of your order in your confirmation email.
(2)Your product list
You can save your favorite items in your LIST to always have them on hand.
*You must be a registered customer to use this option.
If you decide to complete the purchase, you will need to add the items to the basket and follow the usual payment process.
2.Prices and Payment
(1)Price of the products.
The prices for any goods will be as quoted on our Site and are in USD. Prices are subject to change.
*Delivery costs are not included.
(2)What are your payment methods?
You can pay using the following payment methods:

You can shop online with peace of mind because we make great efforts to ensure the security of your purchases and your information.
3.Shipping&delivery
(1)How can I check my order and shipping status?
Once your order has been dispatched from our store, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number, so that you can follow your parcel.
(2)What is your shipping policy?
We work with suppliers around the world to source our products. We typically ship items within 3 days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes approximately 7 - 60 days for items to arrive.
*Do note that longer shipping duration may be expected in some cases due to the COVID-19 situation with a reduced number of flights and manpower. We will do our best to get your order to you sooner.
As soon as your product ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.
Orders may also be split into multiple shipments. Items ordered together may not be delivered to you on the same day and may come in separate packages.
(3)How long is your delivery time?
INFULL puts forth great effort to ensure that all orders are shipped in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Unfortunately, we will not guarantee the delivery date of any order. Products are subject to availability and will be shipped according to our shipping policies.
Products usually leave the warehouses within 3 business days from receipt of your order, with transit time ranging from 7 to 60 business days.
(4)What if I keyed in the wrong delivery address?
You won’t be able to amend your delivery information once you have placed your order. Please do check that you have keyed in the correct shipping address when confirming your order. We don’t want your order to land in the wrong hands which INFULL cannot be liable for.
If you do require to change your shipping address, please inform us ASAP (within 4 hours). In the event that the item has already been shipped and is on its way to the incorrect address, additional redelivery fees will apply to resend to your correct address. Do note that we will only be able to arrange for a redelivery when the parcel is successfully shipped back to us.
Please do note that you do not have the option to cancel your order and get a refund for this case.
(5)What happens if I did not receive my parcel although the tracking status states “Delivered” on the tracking website?
For shipment statuses that have been stated as “delivered”, INFULL will not be liable in instances where parcels are have gone missing due to likely reasons such as theft. Do note that a refund is not possible in this case. You may however file a claims report with the shipping company or report this to your local law enforcement officers.
INFULL will only be liable for parcels that have gone missing in transit.

(1)What is your tableware made of?
Our tableware is made of high-quality stainless steel, which has a good balance between safety and practicality.
(2)What are the features of your tableware?
Smooth surface and highest quality, elegant/classic/modern design would match well with your existing cutlery and elevate everyday meals into a fine dining experience.
(3)What are the uses of tableware?
This flatware set is perfect for daily use / gathering / parties / camping / restaurant / hotel... And it is a great idea for gift too.
(4)Is your cutlery dishwasher safe?
Yes, all our cutlery collections are dishwasher safe to a maximum of 130°F. Use a non-citrus, non-abrasive detergent and use the air-dry cycle. Do not use the high heat or sanitizer setting on your dishwasher. Do not let your flatware soak in water but simply rinse it off before loading into the machine. Do not use the abrasive side of your sponge on the metal or the handle. If small stains appear on the blades, these can be removed using white vinegar.
(5)How do I care for my INFULL Cutlery?
① Please wash the silverware set before first use to make sure no manufacture residue.
② Please clean and dry the silverware set after using, Stored in dry place for its durability .
③ Please DO NOT cleaning the silverware set with wire brushes or any hard sponges for durability/to keep their smooth surface .
④ The silverware set is Dishwasher Safe for hassle-free cleaning .
(6)How can I get FREE SAMPLES?
we can offer samples for quality tests or any other business purpose.
① If the Order amount is up to $50 U.S Dollars, free samples will be offered on basis of freight collection, your any accounts of UPS/TNT/FedEx/DHL are acceptable.
② We provide samples as required, but you need to pay the sample cost and the delivery costs. However, all aboved costs will be refunded after a formal order.
6.After-sales service
(1)Can I change or cancel after placing my order ?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible within 4 hours from the time you submitted your order. In the case of a cancellation request, please do let us know the reason in case we may be able to address your concern.
For cancellations, we will only be able to provide a refund only if the order has not yet been shipped out from the warehouse.
(2)What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item, just contact us and send along a photo. We'll offer to send you the correct item or give you a refund.
(3)What is the warranty for INFULL‘s Cutlery?
We guarantees all to be of first class stainless steel and also guarantees a life time against any defects in material and workmanship (save for electronic components 2 years). Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or abuse are not covered by this guarantee.
7.Others
(1)Do I have to pay customs or taxes?
In some cases, your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with your local authorities.
If taxes and/or duties are incurred, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.
(2)I'm having trouble ordering online.What can I do?
Contact our Customer Care Center or email us . We would be happy to troubleshoot the issue or help you place an order.
